As I reflect on this post I really think about the decriptive words that are used to decribe an effective leader. It is important to think in terms of action and how your actions as leaders directly impact those you are leading. I agree that modeling expectations and mastering these characteristics help both the leader and the learner. Powerful post!

"..Leaders who exude JOY" that part is so very crucial! No one likes to be around a Debbie downer, especially from someone who is supposed to be looked up to as a leader. Spreading positivity and actual joy in what you do affects the masses more than you think.

This made me think about the word "RELAX" and what I mean by that is some people think that being a leader mean someone who is tense, a tyrant, and a stickler. However, you can lead and have fun or leading should be enjoyable. There is no perfect way or no one way and it's okay to do something different.

This quote makes me think about planning and the path I’m taking to get to Leadership. With any great plan you must be confident in it.
