Try , try, and try again! Sometimes when you feel like you've tried all you can and nothing is working, all you need is a little push from others. What better push can come from those you look at as team members, Thats an awesome feeling!

This video is heartwarming. As a future educational leader, I find it highly important that we consistently support our faculty and staff.

This video reminded me of when I was 10 and I took karate. At the end of the class we had to break a plank with our hands. I specifically remember me not being able to break the wood.I was on the verge of tears because i was in front of the whole class. I was soooo embarrassed. My teacher walked over and told me to wipe my face and keep going. I chopped about 5 more times until it broke. Finally... the next thing I heard was a room full of applause. Till this day I never forgot my teachers encouragement and support, and I defiantly use his behavior when dealing with people.
