![]() #ThePrincipalDynamic @ThePrincipalDynamic As a principal, every morning I would carve out three minutes to speak into my students the greatness and potential I saw in them. A daily morning discussion ensued that centered on the laws of reciprocity and how all results evidenced in your life are directly related to your focus, strategy, commitment, and belief. As school leaders and principals with the DYNAMIC, we must give great to get great results and outcomes; the law of reciprocity. From the moment I heard you speak about the laws of reciprocity on the morning announcements at SSCMS, you ignited something within me to be a better woman, mother, and educator. I'm so proud of you, thank you for being an inspiration. I look forward to utilizing this blog as a resource.

What you put into things is what you get out of them! If you put in half of the energy, you are more than sure to get half of the results. Its also important to speak positivity over yourself, your craft, and your students. It makes you appreciating the good moments so much more when you know you have spoken it into existence.

When I read this it made me think about "energy". Energy doesn't lie and our students / staff know when we put are all into something or if we care about something. So if you're putting out good energy and great vibes, I truly believe our students will give that back to you.
